Domestic Shipping

Upon order receipt, processing takes 2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays). Any unforeseen delays will prompt immediate notification on the contact information provided by you (the customer) while placing the order.

Estimated delivery times, subject to change due to external factors like weather or customs, range from 5 to 7 days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may be applicable upon the arrival of your package in your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you to rectify the issue.

If we are unable to reach you or resolve the problem within a reasonable time, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the products, excluding any shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition, there may be rare instances where packages are lost or damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation, such as photographs & invoice. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong or Fake Delivery Notification:

If you receive a wrong or fake delivery notification from the courier partner, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Change of Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer.support@saltoralcare.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, provided the package has not been shipped already.
