Disclaimer
1. Third-Party Manufacturing
Salt Oral Care hereby discloses that it does not engage in the direct manufacture of its products. All activities relating to the formulation, compounding, bottling, labeling, and packaging of products are outsourced to independent third-party manufacturers (hereinafter referred to as “Manufacturing Partners”) operating under legally binding contractual agreements. Said Manufacturing Partners are selected based on, inter alia, their regulatory compliance, industry reputation, technical capabilities, and adherence to applicable quality assurance and safety standards, as required by Salt Oral Care.
2. Quality Assurance and Control
Manufacturing Partners are contractually obligated to maintain and operate under comprehensive quality control protocols. These include, but are not limited to, multi-stage filtration processes, automated dispensing systems, environmental controls, and post-production inspections, all intended to mitigate the risk of contamination, adulteration, or inclusion of foreign substances. These protocols are reviewed periodically and are subject to ongoing improvement in line with advancements in industry best practices and regulatory standards.
3. Incident Response and Corrective Action Procedures
In the event that a product defect, contamination incident, or quality deviation is identified or alleged, Salt Oral Care shall initiate a prompt inquiry in coordination with the relevant Manufacturing Partner(s). Corrective actions may include, without limitation, suspension of production, revision of manufacturing protocols, enhanced quality checks, and/or recall or withdrawal of affected products. Salt Oral Care reserves the right to take any further remedial measures deemed reasonably necessary to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salt Oral Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to economic loss, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm) arising from or related to manufacturing defects, including, but not limited to, spoilage, contamination, or presence of foreign substances, where such defects originate during the production process and are attributable to the acts or omissions of Manufacturing Partners. Consumers are advised to report any such concerns to Salt Oral Care’s customer support team for investigation and, if applicable, resolution under the applicable return, refund, or replacement policy.
5. Consumer Safety and Assurance
Salt Oral Care affirms its commitment to consumer safety, regulatory compliance, and transparent business practices. While product manufacturing is delegated to third-party entities, Salt Oral Care retains oversight responsibilities and exercises commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards for safety, efficacy, and quality. The Company further undertakes to maintain open lines of communication with consumers and to pursue continuous process improvements in collaboration with its Manufacturing Partners.
