Until then, please refer to the info on product pages on our website that will indicate the specifications of any given product (for example, if it is vegan, gluten-free, paraben-free, fluoride-free etc.)
We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. With time, the product's might change - But no worries! This is due to use of natural ingredients & essential oils. This doesn't affect the product quality or efficacy.
The shelf life for most of our products is 24 months when unopened and stored at room temperature. This is the regulatory threshold for testing. Upon opening, please refer to the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the lifetime of the product.

Shipping & Delivery
Our dispatch team processes orders ships/dispatches your order within 24 to 48 Hrs. for domestic orders the average shipping time in Mumbai, India is 2 to 3 days. For the rest of the country the delivery time ranges between 5 to 7 days post-dispatch.
For International orders, post-dispatch, the shipping time is as follows:
UAE - 6 to 8 days
UK - 10 to 12 days
USA - 12 to 15 days
Europe - 12 to 15 days
We offer free shipping of Prepaid Domestic Orders (Within India) of order values above Rs. 500. For Order values below Rs. 500 and all Cash on Delivery orders we charge a flat shipping fee which is conveyed at checkout when you place your order. For International shipments rates vary depending on where you are geographically located shipping charges will be conveyed at checkout.
Once we dispatch your order you'll receive an email from us with your tracking information.
If the package has already left our warehouse, we are unable to edit addresses after an order has been marked as fulfilled and shipped.
