3. What products could I get in my Mystery Box?
Your box could contain Salt products, Natch Chickpea Puffs, Wellbeing Nutrition Skinfuel, The Barebar Deodorant, Subko Chocolate Almonds or Chocolate Bars, an Akiiko Travel Pouch, or Naagin’s Kantha Bomb Sauce.

4. Can I choose which products I receive?
No. That’s the mystery! The products you receive are randomly selected, so what’s inside your box is entirely subject to luck.

5. How much are the products in the Mystery Box worth?
The total value of the products in your Mystery Box will range from ₹700 to ₹7,000.

6. Will every Mystery Box have the same products?
Not necessarily. The contents are subject to luck, so different boxes can contain different products and combinations.

7. Can I find out what’s inside before opening it?
No spoilers! The contents of your box are meant to be a surprise. You’ll only know what you got when you open it.

11. Can I return or get a refund for my Mystery Box?
No. All Mystery Box purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Mystery Boxes, including in cases of transit-related damage, mishandling, or dissatisfaction with the products received. The contents of every box are randomly selected and are subject to luck.

12. What happens if my Mystery Box is damaged, lost, or mishandled during delivery?
Mystery Boxes are securely packed before dispatch, but Salt Oral Care cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, delay, or mishandling caused by the shipping or delivery partner. All Mystery Box purchases are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
